chinese new year

I’ll be away for about a week, from the 10th to 16th of February, basically for CNY (that’s Chinese New Year).

If you think I’m gonna have a wonderfully amazing time, I don’t think I will. I mean, vacations are alright, but I don’t really like Chinese traditions. Of course the money you get is great, but you can’t possibly stand living in dust (uh yes, it gets dirty) and speakers blowing random chinese music (and possibly blowing your brain out with it) every single day right?

I’m probably the only one in my family who thinks that way. Most of my cousins think I’m crazy for not ‘enjoying’ the celebration – but it’s really not THAT fun when you realize your cousins rather watch some lame movie all day over and over again than talk to you after your long trip back.

I think the only fun thing would be visiting my grandma (she’s cool) and a minority of my cousins. At least I can blast some real music when I rock out with her on her Wii. Grandma loves Rock Band.

what annoys you?

I haven’t blogged in ages (as usual) so instead of beating myself up every week for that, I’ve learned to accept the fact that I’ll never be able to blog as frequently as other web owners (took me long enough). I even went as far as giving that precaution to my visitors in the sidebar @ Introduction. Lolsballs.

Since my blogs are getting kind of boring (I know I’ve been talking about nothing but myself in the past…300 blogs) I’m gonna talk about something else that could create some interaction with my visitors this time, yay. It’s a pretty common topic, really, but I’m still gonna ask, what. annoys. you.

Do you get annoyed:
• When someone’s talking to you, but you can’t understand a word they’re saying. And they keep bugging for your answer/opinion over and over and over and over and over and over again.

• When you’re super tired and you can’t fall asleep, it’s as though you’ve got invisible toothpicks keeping your eyes open.

• When your eyes start watering and people start thinking you’re some emo kid but you probably just have dust in your eye or whatever.

• When you get haunted by your own hair in the middle of the night. (This happens to A LOT of girls, or well, guys with…long hair?)

• When you’re starving and all of a sudden you see food related things EVERYWHERE.

• (This has happened to me enough times and I get really, really, REALLY annoyed at people like them.) When you’re positively sure something’s right and the world decides to gang up on you insisting you’re wrong.

Kay…so those are pretty random “I get annoyed when…” facts, I know there are tons more so comment and add yours to the list! :)

damn i’m ecstatic

My (fansite) host recently started a Top Sites thing for their hostees to register their sites and compete with the highest stats etc. I’d just entered Taylor Lautner Fan 3 days ago, it was ranked #15 on the list but barely two days later it jumped to #6!

So I’m really, really thankful to the visitors who’ve supported the fan site so much. You can look at the Top Sites page here.

Other than that, I also found a very diligent news updater for the fansite, some of you might already know him, it’s Dyron. He’s competing with me to see who can post the most updates in a day. Damn, I’m blessed to have him update so much….and he doesn’t even like Taylor Lautner lmao.
